All suites are recently refinished (walls, sound insulation, flooring, trim), high ceilings, Solid-core doors with commercial locks. Accessible Elevator. Two bathrooms, shared kitchen. High Speed Wi-Fi, Printer available to all users. Enhanced cleaning procedures in effect.

Pricing:

Starting at $400/month for one day/week (8 hours) or $200/month half-day (4 hours)
Multi-day discount in effect
6 month minimum commitment
cost-effective day parking available directly behind the building

#201 ~90sqft with large almost full-wall window north-facing to Bloor, first accessible office from main entrance
#202 ~91sqft with no window, interior office.
#203 ~91sqft with large east facing window
#204 ~70sqft with large east facing window
#205 ~75sqft with no window, interior office
#206 ~170sqft, down the hall from the other offices, with large east facing window (not available)
#207 ~100sqft Rear/West Office, glass block window, opposite the kitchen (not available)

Some of the suites are being reserved specifically to license to a handful of clinicians who wish to use the premises on a day of week basis.
